What’s got into the stars of the WEC? Regarding the big engine class, it is a just question since half of the top riders decided to meet in E3. At the top of poster, let us quote 3 pilots: Samuli ARO (FIN-KTM) the reigning world champion, his team mate Ivan CERVANTES (ESP-KTM) already crowned in E3 in 2007, and the coming back David KNIGHT (GB-BMW), whose only unknown factor remains his level of competitiveness to the handlebar of the new BMW.
Behind the three men, we can also bet on Marko TARKKALA (SF-BMW), the eternal second of the championship, and on French Connection played by Sebastien GUILLAUME (FRA-HVA) and Christophe NAMBOTIN (FRA-GAS). One thing is sure, it will be difficult to play the first roles in E3 but we can count on the pugnacity of Bjorne CARLSSON (SWE-HSB), Marcus KEHR (GER-KTM), Alex BOTTURI (ITA-KTM) and Tom SAGAR (GB-HSB).
