With the departures of Oldrati and Bourgeois for E1, a page of history of the Junior was turned. Today three nations emerge. The dynamic Spaniards will believe in Victor GUERRERO (ESP-YAM), Lorenzo SANTOLINO (ESP-KTM), Carlos ANDREU (ESP-BMW) and the Iberian favourite Oriol MENA (ESP-HSB), reinforced by his new statute of Husaberg official rider. On the Italian side, the pretenders do not miss, with promising Jonathan MANZI (ITA-HVA), Vanni COMINOTTO (ITA-KTM) and solid Mirko GRITTI (ITA-BETA). The French will be the most numerous, and regarding his last results Jérémy JOLY (FRA-HM) is incontestably a potential winner of Grand Prix. This Portuguese round will be run without Robert KVARNSTROM (SWE-TM), injured to the shoulder. On the other hand, Simon WAKELY (GB-HVA) will be present. Let us welcome American John DAY (USA-SUZ), whom we will discover in Europe.
The Junior class will also be the opportunity to attend to the first round of the FIM YOUTH ENDURO CUP 125CC, powered by Husqvarna. So many reasons not to miss the GRAND PRIX POLISPORT OF PORTUGAL March 21st and 22nd in Penafiel.
